How does the premarital counseling work?

We meet 3-4 times for 45-60 minutes. We can meet at my home in West Melbourne or church in Melbourne. The first meeting is a 'get to know you', we'll go over all the details of the ceremony, find out your background and have a discussion.
The other meetings are more structured, the course covers communication, conflict resolution, and shared values.
The classes can be religious or secular, your choice.

What if this is not our first marriage?

The success rate of first marriages is... not what we hope it would be. 2nd and 3rd marraiges have lower percentages.
With that in mind... it is even more important that you spend some time with me, let me cover some topics that will help your union. I want it to last forever. I take these classes myself, I always walk away with something that I can use.
